This partnership strengthens the leading official\u00a0vocational training center&#8217;s commitment to quality education.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u2022 The new jointly-operated center will span 3,000 square meters and accommodate 1,200\u00a0students, generating over 120 direct and indirect jobs.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u2022 Students will undertake practical training at the hospitals and polyclinics owned by the\u00a0hospital group in the Catalan capital and will join its employment pool upon completing\u00a0their training.<\/strong><\/p><p>In recent years, Catalonia has seen a significant increase in demand for\u00a0vocational training. According to the Catalan Education Council, the number of\u00a0students in higher vocational education has increased by 41.09%, from about\u00a082,000 in the 2018-2019 academic year to almost 116,000 in 2021-2022. The\u00a0rising demand, coupled with a shortage of healthcare professionals, has\u00a0prompted Cesur to strengthen its strategic collaboration with HM Hospitales, the\u00a0nationally renowned private hospital group. Together, they have announced the\u00a0opening of Cesur HM Barcelona, a cutting-edge center dedicated to healthcare\u00a0training.<\/p><p>Cesur HM Barcelona emerges as a beacon of knowledge, offering a wide\u00a0selection of official and accredited training cycles in the healthcare field. The\u00a0center&#8217;s catalog includes 5 higher education cycles (Health Documentation and\u00a0Administration, Pathological Anatomy and Cytopathology, Clinical and\u00a0Biomedical Laboratory, Imaging for Diagnosis and Nuclear Medicine, and Dental\u00a0Hygiene) and 3 intermediate cycles (Nursing Care Assistance, Pharmacy and\u00a0Parapharmacy, and Emergency Health Care).<\/p><p>This synergy between the two institutions provides exceptional opportunities for\u00a0students, who will have guaranteed internships at the prestigious hospitals and\u00a0polyclinics of HM Hospitales in Barcelona. Moreover, upon completing their\u00a0training, the students will join the hospital group&#8217;s employment pool in the Catalan\u00a0capital.
